I think it was the bad influence of Al Gore ... sure he looks and acts all "wooden", but could it be an act?

It was after Bill became friends with the world's foremost global warming "expert" and inventor of the internet that Slick Willie became known to be serial sexual philanderer.

Now, Al Gore's new buddy --- Rajendra Pachauri (former head of the IPCC and former choo-choo driver) is now embroiled in a legal battle over charges of sexual harassment and even had to resign his position as head of the IPCC.
