1st - Sure does look like a .22 caliber bullet, 2nd - You might consider posting the "bullet question" on What Is It? and 3rd - I removed your duplicate post so you don't get confused.

Looks modern to me, but I don't know much about bullets. What state are you in?

I'd guess .38...

Thank you for deleting the other one. I'm new to the page and I didnt think it went through the first time then didnt know how to delete it. And I'll be sure to post in the other section next time thank you.

yeah I have 2 guesses so far but I know nothing about bullets so hopefully someone knows for sure.

I would place a bet on it being a .22 cal. Almost no doubt about it

I'm leaning toward .25 acp maybe.

Strange there is no rifling on the bullet.

Length looks about right for a modern .22
as a home inspector I walk 500+ home roofs a year and I find bullets in them all the time. These are from stupid bafoons Celebrating new years. What goes up, must come down!

Seriously!? I know a certain type does this, I just didn't think it was that common... wow; when I was kid I shot a few arrows into the air. But, never shat a firearm into the air. My gramps would whoop my ass; rest his soul.
