No, this one was on it's lonesome, as far as I could tell.

Anyone think I should maybe polish this one and see? ;)
 

Iv found onelike that before and there was motor oil or some other kind of spill in the ground with it. Just my 2 cents HH

I have found them with a sheen on them . But never one that looked that Copperish (New Word)lol. Don't think I would polish it with out doing
some real research on it......................jmho..........................HH
 

The newer coins have VERY thin clad! I have found many like this. The surface is just deteriorated. If you put a "new coin" in vinegar and salt (corrosive) you will have that in minutes! polishing would just make it shiny copper! It was in acidic soil.
