Without a comparison, I say LARGE DATE. A small date zero is more oval. Gather others for side by side comparisons.
 

I agree with Dozer D, Large Date.
The upper curve of the 9 seems to be pointing at the 6, not the MM.

I also agree with Dozer, and PetesPockets but I would still compare to some others to be sure.
 

I think small, but am not the one to rely on.
 

This is why, boys and girls, I have several binders with images of rarities, errors, varieties, etc. Most images also have handwritten notes.

I can tell these by memory no problem and it is definitely a large date.

Now the 1970 small and large dates are a different question as they are much harder to identify.
 

Now that you've posted the pics, I have to go with large date. I am not good at this...
