small flat button with shank.... help ID

Found today. Good shape. Small flat button with no markings. Question... about when was this guy made, generally speaking?

I believe this would also (like the other button you posted) be from about the 1830's, but on this, unlike the other example, it could go a decade or two in either direction from there.
