Small Owl

The Merlin bird app identified this little owl as a "Northern Saw-whet Owl"... Northern Saw-whet Owls are small owls, roughly the size of a robin. They typically measure 7-8.5 inches (18-21.6 cm) in length and have a wingspan of 16.5-18.9 inches (42-48 cm). Their weight ranges from 2.3 to 5.3 ounces (65-151 grams).
I think it was after the mouse that keeps triggering the camera. It was unsuccessful at catching the mouse this time .. Hopefully it gets him soon.

I always think of my pastor from years ago when he was preaching... He said "I don't care if you look at me like a barn full of owls".
