This is a homemade item.

Beading is really popular right now. My daughter does it and makes all kinds of bracelets mostly. Yours looks to be a good quality one with crystal beads and sterling balls. (there are cheap-o beads too, but these aren't) The cross probably isn't sterling if it isn't hallmarked. The add ons from the bead shop are always hallmarked if sterling. The bead shops sell all types of things to add to the creations. Both the crystals and sterling balls like you have are about 25 cents a piece to buy. I foot the bill for the kid on these a lot.

Cool find, very fashionable...lol. Congrats!
