Snoopy come home, 1966 die cast, Netherlands dime, knife

Awesome die cast from 1966, just missing the Snoopy figure driving this U.S. Mail truck. Dime from the Netherlands, what are the chances of finding this in NH? Well, today it was 100%! Another pocket knife, this one with a hammer and knife engraved in the shield area. Got it soaking in a napkin and WD-40 hoping to get it open for a maker name.
