I can barely remember riding on a long 'cotton sack' as my mom picked cotton, I'me glad I missed it, didn't sound
like too much fun.
this area was (soil depleted) years ago, but they still raise some in Western OK, nice pic.

Alright Seger.......... enough of the jokes. Modern Miner was laughing at us Yanks so I cast a spell and sent them 4 or 5 inches the other day. I can easily do the same for you ::)

Great picture. Would you believe Kansas is getting more and more cotton fields in central part of the State. We use to be the wheat cpaital of the world. Times change.

I am from Mobile and i remember in the mid to late 90's we had snow. it was only there in the mornin, but still there was snow. that was the first time i had ever seen it.

The water at our RV park has frozen up a few times in the last few weeks, but now it's in the 70's again! A lot of ups and downs with the weather here!
