Got out just at low tide and hit the wet sand. I was 1.5 hrs into the day with .02 cents as the take! I hunted back towards a more populated spot.
Found a few more coins. the Tide was chasing me up the slope and that's where I found Stephanie's 2.8g 14K earring 3hrs hunting and only a few targets but one was gold!!

This one was closed so they may have been on a blanket and lost? I did a good search of the area.

Ah, my favorite type of beach goer. Sets up the blanket too close to the water on the incoming tide. Then strips jewelry off and leaves it on the blanket to go frolic in the water. Disaster strikes as the gravatational pull of the moon does it's thing. Things go flying in a frantic attempt to get the beach setup out of the way of nature's onslaught of every higher reaching waves. If I saw this once this past summer I saw it a dozen times.

Or, being a North Jersey beach it went flying in a bar fight moved to the beach.

Congrats on finding just one!!!!!!!
