What information are you seeking...?

Both look like they have been buried in a gravel parking lot and driven over repeatedly.

Not last night but the night before
a nickel and a penny came knocking at the door
I told Ma, and Ma told Pa
and Coyotus got a lickin'
Ha, Ha, Ha

They are common clad coins worth 6 cents. Wait another year, and they will be worth 4 cents (for adjusted inflation) !

The nickel looks to be worth approximately 5 cents and the penny around 1 cent.
A conservative estimate, of course. Looks like environmental damage or maybe they were in a fire. Welcome to the forum, Coyotus. (Had to double check my spelling on that.)
