So hot that even an 8 legged freeloader likes the air-con

Hi all, Got about 4 days over a 104 degrees and yesterday morning wife noticed this large 8 legged free-loader near the ceiling. Wife been getting rid of spiders for a few days. But she seems to like this large one and he's even got a name "Herbie" Still there tonight.

We call those Cane spiders. They live inside and eat roaches. They are basicly harmless. You usually only see them late at night. They get as wide as a mans hand easily.

Yeah Cane Spiders. We used to have those in our house in Hawaii back years ago.

I didn't even see the spider All I see is Mr Bill with a ton of arms..
