So what did I win?

I joined a metal detecting club in my area recently, long story short. I won these buttons in a free raffle at the club. What the heck did I win? The buttons are all the same motif. One big button and 5 cuff buttons. from left to right and top to bottom .
1) waterbury scovill mf'g co -- 1850-1865
2) jaffe & jaffe new york
3) waterbury scovill mf'g co -- 1850-1865
4) the austin co providence. r.i.
5) r.l.m. mfg co newark nj
6) the austin co providence. r.i.

Looking for the usual answers, age? war? value? A website for buttons so I can do my own research LOL

Maybe I should have posted this in the What Is It forum, but I thought I would get more replies from the button experts if I posted this here .. grrrrr

The first response was correct. They are great seal coat buttons that are pretty common. They are ww1-ww2 era.
