Sold some 40%ers today, do you think its a good price?

Decided to try Craigslist, and another local website, as I was running low on funds, needed to cash in on my finds.

Put up an add asking 4$ a pop or 75$ per roll, cash only.

Ended up selling 6 rolls at 3.75$ each... I think thats pretty decent, considering it is over melt value.

Would have prefered to keep stacking them until silver went back to where it should be(50ish IMHO), but needed quick money, and had 2 buyers on the line in a day.

Not too bad eh? Way more than I would have gotten from the LCS.

I'd say that's a good price you got. Ive been buying for about $3.50 each and the seller has to pay his merchant fees on top of that. No one in town will sell at spot, even for cash.

I have thought here recently about selling some of mine but, I know I couldn't get that price out of an LCS around me for sure, I think it is a great price right now, especially being above spot price. HH, Maverick.

Yeah maverick thats what im thinking, I probably would have gotten 3$ a pop at best im guessing from the LCS, so im happy, he seemed happy... I would prefer to hold onto them, but at the same time im in a crunch for cash... gotta do what ya gotta do to keep afloat :P

tHat is a good deal, i'd unload mine and buy some other forms of precious metals, especially since you got a premium for your 40%, there will be less of a loss when you buy other PM's over spot.

That's a good deal, I've never held on to my 40%, in fact we used to throw them back as "dirty".
I sell whenever I accumulate a few rolls; they take up too much space in the safe-deposit.

That's good for now but it might be low in a short time from now. If you don't need the money I would wait a while.

Yeah Tim... I was telling my buddy who went with for the exchange, Watch price of silver will sky rocket in 2 days and the guy will have doubled his money :P

Yah I wouldnt have sold them if I wasnt really hurting for some paper FIAT currency. But I am so... had to be done
