Solid Or Plated?

Found this little jem in a curb side pick-up pile today.
Is it plated or solid silver ?
It says:

International DEEPSILVER

I dont see an exact match but judging by the eBay ads and prices of .99 to 9.99 I would say silverplated.

My guess post 1950.

The pattern was introduced by International in 1969 in its top-of-the-line Deep Silver range. and though this is considered silverplate, it is quality plated.
