Greetings all,

Had a fun hunt, recovering a couple of nice relics. The barrel skeleton key came first, followed by the rather ornate buckle. Both keepers in my book. If anyone has thoughts about the age of the buckle, please share.

Finished off this hunt with a 1902 IHP, and a 1941 Washington quarter

Thanks for looking, and good hunting to all!

Thanks very much for sharing that link eyemustdigtreasure. When I first dug this buckle, I thought it was just a hunk of iron. But after getting it home, and giving it rough cleaning I realized it was much more. I've dug a bunch of buckles in my time, and this one stands out as being a littlw different. Scott.
