Some kind of Boy Scouts pin?

I dug this about a week ago and just cleaned it up a bit today. I'm assuming, based on the Fleur De Lis part in the middle, that it's possibly some type of Boy Scouts insignia or pin. It appears to have been broken off from a post on the back (as you can see in the photos below). Any help on what and/or how old this piece is will be greatly appreciated!

I think you're correct about that. Looking at images of jewelry pieces from the early 1900's, it's fairly consistent with the asymmetrical pattern on the flower. I found one image of a watch pin from 1900ish which is very close, but obviously doesn't have the double-square metal backing upon which the flower is mounted. Thanks for pointing me in this direction!
