Only 2 more hunts left for this year!
I'm getting out every chance I can.
I tried Beach Hunting again today, I don't have the skill set, I like Mud.
Went over to my spot that yeilds late 19th & early 20th century relics.
got a couple bottles, a 'Mrs Bradfords flavor, Claremont NH' nice MJB Logo.
A brass buckle with large 'B'.
Another lead 'Crown Cork' Rexall drugs.
Early lead racecar with headers & passenger.
Tiny Lead Moo Cow, nice detail remains: eyes, tail, udder.
A crusty pewter medallion, not even gonna try cleaning this one.
2 telephone bells.
and a piece of lead print plate, can't read this one, only 2 lines, comes from the same site as the 'Liver Pills Handbill' plate previously posted.
That's it for today, see what tomorrow brings.
Thanks For looking! HH to All!

Way to finish strong SHW.
My pick of the litter would

All are nice finds though.. :)

The Rexall bottle is just too cool!! Can you tell what was originally in it? Any dates on it? How about some further pics of it, please?

I whole heartily agree with you Roland . . . this is one beautiful bottle! :o
Very original and unique, possibly held perfume or cologne? :icon_scratch:
Maybe 1920's or 30's in date . . . what do you think Herbie?

I am so envious that you are still getting out there! End the year right and keep going in 2011 :hello2:

I think that Rexall bottle might be for hair tonic? It is a nice one :icon_thumleft:

Here's an early advertising hair tonic bottle - Rexall Hair Tonic made by the United Drug Co., Boston, Massachusetts. There's the image of a pretty lady with long, long hair on the front label. It says the label was adopted 1919

Great sleuthing, Bramble! That really is a gorgeous bottle. The top looks like pewter, is it?
