Here are some personal finds from PA, mostly Northampton County but a few from Perry and Huntington Counties as well.

Nice past finds must be all field cause I don't see any creek stain. What Lithic are the black ones? I find some in that color but they are always broken. Ours is kinda grainy texture like Quartzite but a bit more grainy.

The lithic is a dark flint that grades into chalcedony. Some folks in my area of PA call it "basanite." It was quarried intensively in Northampton County, PA. You are right -- no creek stain -- I never seem to find any in creeks!

That black looks like Gettysburg Rhyolite, the other red & yellow material vera cruz jasper? Great finds!
