Couple of wet sand low tide hunts pre and post 4th of July. Some gold, silver and bling! Ring is 14K 4.2 grams covered in ice and bracelet is 18K 5.2 grams. Bunch of silver earrings a nice cross and a funky rings. Junk jewelry on right. Skipped digging most of the coin signals, lot of machines on the beach. Glad I got a few keepers. Manticore with M9 coil. Happy Hunting!!

Nice Finds!! Especially loved you got them in the wet and didn't have to be out in neck deep water where large toothy critters tend to lurk, lol.

Seems the Manti combined with that M9 coil is a winning combination, lots of guys seem to be loving that combo!

Thanks! I agree, the M9 I feel is probably the best coil Minelab has produced for multi-freq. I bought mine in Oahu while vacationing when it was first released. The vendor only got 2 of them allocated and I got one of them. The next day, I paid for the Manty, M9 coil and my airfare there with gold finds!🤙

Damn 1KBT, that's quite impressive! Based on the cost of the Manti & M9 coil, that's probably $2K or so right there. Then add the cost of round-trip airfare to Hawaii, probably a couple thousand? That totals about $4K or so worth of gold, an ounce or more, that you'd need to find.

Since an ounce is 28.35 grams, and most gold rings like wedding bands tend to weigh a couple or few grams, except those huge honkers that can go above 5 grams, that tells me you either found a good number of gold rings, or some gold rings along with a heavier gold necklace or bracelet, or maybe even a gold ring with some serious clear stones mixed in, lol.

Regardless, you experienced what IMHO, I would consider to be the perfect detecting trip. You spent time at beautiful tropical beaches, got a lot of detecting in, and found enough gold to pay for the entire trip along with your detector & new coil. Man, it doesn't get any better than that. Thanks for sharing!

Good haul. I have been hitting Six Moons with similar results.

Ha, Jim and I were just there last Wed or Thursday for a late spin. We both got some yellow. Tried to get in touch with you a bunch of times. Still have your phones and I was getting rid of an extra TDI beachhunter and heard you were looking for one. Good to hear your still at it!🤙
