Hi thanks for the post
I followed up on your post and I went shopping this morning and walked by the C/star and it had a sign on it Out of service.
I went to customer service and asked if they are familiar with the machines and I was told no and that are serviced by by a third party

I saw a YouTube video where the guy calls the coin star technical support and they come and open it, and there is a secret compartment where the possible silver goes, thing like half dollars. The employee that opened it wasn’t paying attention , i Havnt tried this.

Also, an idea, if you can find a bank with a coin machine you an open a checking account, here in Massachusetts no deposit is necessary...when the machine is full they have to open it up....I think I will offer to pay for whatever is inside the machine...keep you posted...
