Some silver from today

Hi. It is my first post. I've got Whites Prizm III as the Christmas present from my wife. For the first attempt I tried a local old park and first found one wheats penny and birth record spoon for Molly born 13/4/53. I did return to that park ones more and found a 1946 dime.



Today I felt lucky (even took my digital camera with me) and returned to the same park again. In 1.5 hours I found 2 wheats and when I was ready to leave I've got a strong 50 cent signal at 4 inches. After digging I saw two silver quarters and walking liberty half dollar. There were also three wheats in the same hole.

So many of our parks have had the silver coins skimmed off over the years that they are hard to find. Looks like you found one that hasn't. Keep at it. Very good find for a newby. Heck, good find for anyone. Monty

Hmm... I don't have three silver quaters yet. So, I can not pay
