UPDATE

The Dr. lifted his activity level to medium (for lack of a better description), the stitches have dissolved. He can now go swimming and no-contact activities as tolerated - even Boy Scout camp next week. Brad wants to go and play football with the guys, Dr. said not for another 3 months at best...they then got into an heated debate but the Dr. won. Now he's already making plans and told me tonite that he has plans for the next 2 weeks...swimming, swimming and more swimming.

We don't have to go back for another 2 months.

Thanks everyone for the prayers and words of inspiration.

Another prayer said for your son, you and your family. From an Eagle Scout, OA Brotherhood Member, and Scout Master. In the past 11 years I have helped at least a dozen young men attain the Eagle rank. I am always proud of them. I hope to add your son to the Eagle Scouts I am proud to know.

So glad he's doing better, I spent long days & nights
at my baby daughters bedside, (born with no Thyroid), it
is heartwrenching to watch a sick child suffer.
Like your daughter borninok, she was born in 1980.
I am happy to report she is happy, & healthy, thanks to
God & medicine, & Doctors & Nurses.

Thursday Brad went into Omaha for his 6 mo checkup. Dr. cleared him for 'normal' activity. CT scans looked excellent and no complications. He'll have another 6 mo checkup, then annual checkups after that. Thank you goes to everyone. Your thoughts and prayers REALLY DO WORK! Brad is still amazed that people on Tnet actually do care about someone they don't know...I keep telling him there are people that care about others.

Haven't approached either son yet, they are working to save $$ for a car. When it gets closer, I plan on asking them.
They have lately expressed an interest, so we will see.

Ya best better bring um if ya know whats good for you! Thats part of the whole thing yes were going to hunt, but getting to see each other and the families we've all talked about and prayed for thats the icing on the cake!
