went there this morning -- oh it's so and so's * the gal with LOTS OF HALVES* day off today - she will be back in tomorrow

so , I hit every bank I saw on the way back home -6 in total ONLY one had ANY HALVES --76.50 in 7 brown CWR with diamond pattern on it & 6 .50 in loose -- nada all skunks --then I picked up my weekly $200 worth order at my home bank --again all skunks -- 4 weeks now with only 1 stray 1966 to show for my efforts before that -- week 1 got $60 worth of silver sell wize out of my $200 in halves , then week 2 $80 , FINALLY week 3 100.50 THEN week #4 to now SLAM - zippo- ITS LIKE SOMEONE SHUT OFF THE TAP.

hope this batch at the other bank aren't someones dumps.---come on coin collection

well the gal had $250 worth -- of skunks -- so I tried a new out of the way bank -- got $210 worth -- this was in em --oh yah 2 90% ( at 14 .96 each =$29.92)- 13 - 40% ( at 6.11 each = $79.43) --total $109.38 - 7.50 replacement cost = 101.88 --local coin dealer will pay $60 or so in cash

$60 in free money thats like clearing 7.50 a hour for a 8 hour day * --theres folks that work hard for that $60 bucks.--

now the really good news is they got $300 more in the vault -- when I got mo money and came back this afternoon to clear out the rest of the vault == the vault door was stuck --but the manager took my name and number and she said -- I got "dibs" on the 300 worth when they get it opened again and that they will call me (tightened the tellers up with a $2 bag of hersey "kisses" )

best dealer in the area only offers $3 each for 40% (3 x 13 is $39) and 10.50 each for 90% with silver at $40 per oz (2 X 10.50 is $21 ) adds up to $60 --yeh its 109 worth of silver but who going to pay you "full price" -- no one in my neck of the woods sadly .-- so I cash er out and use the money for fun and good things * --this $60 helped a freind out who was behind on his electric bill -- hes going to do some work round my place to comp me

but on the bright side -- I did get to "dump" $460 worth of skunks on a old silver blocking cuss of a teller at one of my banks -- the old witch normally mans the drive thru window and always says "no" to my question of any halfs ? --she never asks the other tellers if they have any in their trays either * --the old sourpuss battle ax is the "head teller" and has been there since dirt was invented -- one day when she was not there , one of the junior tellers told me she hoards all the silver that comes in --buying it on the spot as soon as it comes in --and has been doing it for years .-- I can see the old bony fingered crone pawing thru my dumps now --lol

it works out good for all -- my silver finds is veiwed by me and the wife as gods little gift of "free" money -- so I use it to assist me and the missus to hire out help -- freinds in fiscal need --that could use a hand fiscally -- I hire them at a fair rate say 10 to 20 per hour to do little "odd jobs" around the home that need doing that are hard for me and the missus to do -- I got copd and the wife has a bad leg * --so they help us out --we help them out and the silver slush fund foots the bill. -- win win for all -- and its nice that we do not have to cut into the "household" budget --since the silver money is "free cash basically*
