I saw this article and wondered what goods the Earth may have brought forth. I wonder if this brought any gold to the surface?

South Napa earthquake revived bone-dry streams | Geology IN

Looks like there is some serious gold in this area from what I've read.

This mine produced 10,000 oz. of Gold in just a few years?

interesting mindat.org list of minerals, little short i wonder why they left out some?
huh, maybe it's cuz condemming the place could have been bad, maybe? cuz it sure was not good for the dredgers

those that live in Napa for the most part are not aware there is gold present, it's to bad , cuz a hard days work can yeild a good sum of fine color

it looks like ole mother nature sees the handwriting on the wall and dredgeing in California is back or soon will be when the streams are full!

Never found anything in the Napa area. Some color about 30 miles NNE around Pope Valley was the closest I found. Don't get shot, Meth labs everywhere.

This...the gold contained in this area is microscopic to flake at best - unsure as to where you can get a "good sum of fine color," the gold went largely unobserved until the 80's when Homestake came in and extracted billions in gold using advanced extraction techniques before closing up shop.
