Sovereign GT guestion,VDI for silver

I serched for a VDI chart for the Sovergein GT and found this chart. The only silver shown would be the 1/2 dime. What would the VDI numbers be for something like a silver ring, silver charm, or silver chain, etc.

My experiences have been that a pre 1964 silver coin will show up 179 - 180 on the meter, silver jewelry usually is somewhere between 177 and 180.
