Hello There

Hopefully someone can help me out on this mystery coin.
Obv. pillar of hercules, on reference coin the letters of VTRAQUE.
On this one only 6 letters appear in latin words.
Date: W242
Mint mark W
Rev. Spanish coat of arms each quarter of the shield castile-leon
Left side assayer M on top is dot and bottom 4 petal rosette
Right side 8 on top and bottom 4 petal rosette
From bottom in clock wise, 4 petal rosette PHILIP dot V dot
G dot latin word dot I and one latin word dot V dot P I I H P X

I would appreciate it very much.

A low-quality replica of an old Spanish 8-reales ("piece of eight"). Not entirely faithful to the original, either. The lettering is poorly executed, the globes are too small, etc. Probably a Chinese-made fake. Sorry.
