Pretty much on the money from some of the cities I've checked. I guess someone is getting their hands on the speed ticket data from every township and keeping record of it. There are also many common ones that are not listed, but it does give a fair indication of where the police are hiding.

The best part is that my car has been modified to avoid these traps, so i can do the speed I want
