This is Alexander Smith (unlikely to be his real name) and he appears to be wearing a latex mask to further conceal his identity.
He claims to have been involved in a secret CIA experiment in 1981, during which he time-travelled to 2118 and back again: “I visited the year 2118 as part of a top secret CIA mission. As to my knowledge, it was one of the first times that time travel had been successfully completed. I went to the future and then back to the past. This all happened in the year 1981.”
As proof of his trip, he produced a photograph, saying; “I do have something to show you today. This picture was taken in the year 2118. This picture was the city I walked in. I'll never forget when I took that picture. It was right outside the city, before I had walked into it." He added: “I chose to wait until now to reveal that picture to you because I didn’t know if the world was ready to see it. That was a picture from the future which I was able to take back. There was only a minor amount of distortion on it that was caused by the time travelling process. The Government confiscated the original photo, but before they took it from me, I did manage to make the copy I held before you.”

Explaining that Earth confronts a third global war within the next century and expanding on what the world will look like, he said that humans will have received visits from aliens, speak a new language and climate change will get much worse. He said: “The world as we know it will change a lot and I feel it being beneficial to humanity to know not only about this change but also about the secret technologies being withheld from the public” and “Aliens do visit us, there are intelligent extraterrestrials that do come to earth. They visit first in the mid 21st century."
He went on to claim that, in future eras, most of humanity will be confined to towering metropolises filled with remarkable technology, artificial intelligence systems, extraterrestrials and flying transport after a "conflict of interests" between the United States and North Korea in the near future. “The conflict started off small, however, it soon spread and Russia soon took the side of North Korea. Tensions began to escalate and eventually missiles were fired. I can't say where these missiles hit, however, I can say the effects were not what one may consider desirable. However, as a result of this conflict, the world began to become one. Borders began to become meaningless and the people began to have a love and appreciation for life - one which would inspire them not to inflict any type of harm upon their neighbour. As a result of that, of the conflict, which some might describe as a Third World War, the world became a better place."
He also claimed that commercial time travel is available to the public in the future, as early as the year 2028. That same year, the US Government will also supposedly disclose the existence of intelligent extraterrestrial beings.
He claims to be risking his life by talking about the future: “The CIA are looking for me and I am living in hiding".
I know all of this to be hokum because of the number of posts here from someone providing evidence that aliens have already arrived, and this plaque in London which properly documents the inventor of time travel:
