Found this silver spoon in Oronoco, Mn.
It has the name J.B. BLICKLE. stamped on it. Would that be the maker or
a personalized spoon. I'm not sure but I think there was a Blickle Jewelers
in Rochester,Mn. at one time.
Also there are what I think are flowers and vines and some type of symbol??

I found listings for J. B. Blickle of Rochester, MN in late 19th and early 20th century jewelers' trade journals. It was not uncommon for major jewelry firms of that era to offer their own lines of silverware, which, although bearing their mark, were more often supplied by another manufacturer. That would explain Bickle's absence from the silversmiths' marks books that I checked.

Thanks PBK. I was on line trying to find it and nothing came up.

Thanks 72cheyenne. Looks like that spoon is selling for $54.44.
My spoon is not marked sterling so probably not worth that much.

Just tidying up some blasts from the past (including some very ancient ones), largely for the benefit of anyone searching the site for information.

Yes, @PBK had it right. It's a retailer mark for John B. Blickle, a watchmaker and jeweller active in Rochester, MN between c. 1885-1909.
