Starting to like this Vision...Big Silver, V & Buffalo, Human Remains? (updated)

WOW!!
Love finding big silver!
Also a 1911 V, 1936 Buffalo and a Tax Token.
The jawbone and teeth are interesting too, hope its not a person.
My wife keeps asking if im going to call the cops....

What are the tax tokens used for? I live in South Africa, so we do not have them here.

The tax tokens were used to pay fractional amounts of taxes in the 1930s & 1940s.
Since a tax on 50 cents was one cent they used these tax tokens for smaller purchases.
They were called "mills"
1 mill was the tax on 5 cents
2 mills on 10 cents and the 5 mill for 25 cents.

Great looking Siver and I love the teeth, they look pretty old as the bone looks worn. I sent the link to a dentist friend of mine and I'll let you know his response, Cool finds.

those are not human, unless they started growing grass teeth. our teeth are designed to chew up and down, those are designed to grind back and forth. By the thickness I'd say cow teeth

Thanks plumloko for the explanation on the tax tokens, it is very interesting to see how different countries get around these sort of problems. I guess you would have to go to a shop and buy a pound of tax tokens to use?

Put it in lime a way gel overnight and then a really light brass brushing.

I had to fill out a card and send it to Whites.
When the detailed owners manual comes out I guess they will mail it.
There was a small users guide with it to get you going.
Putting the cart before the horse, true.
Thats ok though, I have an XLT and it is programwise very similar.

Plumloko, those are some great finds. I don't know about you but those tax tokens are all over down south, I once found 60 in one spot. Found another two this week. How is the new machine? is it any deeper than the other White's, I use the MXT & so far have had some good luck with it. Kane23 & I have hunted several spots together & have had some good luck here.

Those tax tokens are everywhere but people seem to like them for some reason.
I found this one at 9 inches so its alot deeper than my XLT would get, I cant say if its deeper than the MXT or DFX because I have not used those machines.
