just wanted to know what you guys thinks going to happen with the scrap metal prices going to go up or down?

here in russell kansas steel is only $130 a ton, can drive 43 miles and get about the same in Great Bend, or drive 53 miles to stockton, heard they are paying between 200 and 220 dollars a ton... hmm take it here and get nothing, or drive 53 miles and almost double my money, won't take that much gas to get there and back.

Price just went down to .09 has been .10 a pound since mid Jan in So. AZ. I hope it goes back up as the fuel prices are hurting so bad.

Holding at .095 in So. AZ. Can't believe it as it is July and normaly big price drop!
