Stolen Headphones & 2 Hitchhikers

Found a place on Google earth, it's a river in southern Alabama & I thought it would be a nice bank to look on, it also looked like a party spot of kids! Well when I got there my headphones started acting up so I took them off & placed them at the base of a tree to pick up on my way out, yep............ you guessed it, they were gone by the time I got back! Oh well, if they were acting up then they were bound to die anyway, let the person that took them throw them out!

I found $2.76 in change, a lipstick tube and alot of pulltabs, next time out I'll get into the water, it's a beautiful sandy river! Might be some silver & gold in it's grips!

Oh and the 2 hitchhikers........................... woodticks! I guess I can't get away from them down here either!

The ticks are still out? Sheesh, and it's December already! They're usually hiding out by now. I know Lisa and I went hunting Monday and the gnats were still buzzing around.

Walked off with your headphones!! Man, that really sucks! I despise a d@&%$# thief! Like the man said, some people will walk off with anything that's loose - with them, sorriness is just a way of life. And while I'm thinking about it, I hate them blasted little ticks, too. I'm glad you got them off before they got you - I hear they are very dangerous for something so small. Well, that was a pretty good take for the day and I hope getting in the water next chance you get will be productive as well. WTG on the site and HH. Jim

Well the headphones are like anything else. You look around and think someone discarded it.

What would you have done if you saw head phones just sitting there and possibly no one around?

Yup they are still out, atleast down here in the southern part of Alabama, I even put the tick collars back on the dogs that I took off when I first got down here!
