This has been in the family for a number of years and was found on a Saskatchewan farm. It has a small hole all the way through the center and is in a strange bell-type shape. It is also broken in half, but that seems to be posthumous.. Any idea what this could be or whether perhaps the hole was actually

made by a modern drill?
