Found this in surf after big storm here in Boynton Beach Florida. Non magnetic appears to be brass colored. H ow do I determine age and use. Any tipsi on cleaning. Thanks

It almost looks like the top of a hitching post that, instead of the usual horse head, depicts a Pachycephalosaur ... or maybe a Sleestak.
