Storms Last Hunt for the Year Breaks all 2007 Records

Last hunt for the year, 1 hour long on Christams Eve. It's well worn, but it is all mine It was found at a well hunted park in town and was only 2-3" deep. My oldest silver to date and a rare find being Pre-Civil War for this part of the country. Merry Christmas T-Net!!!

Oldest Coin Found, Previous was a 1887 IH
Oldest Silver Found, Previous was a 1909 Canadian Dime
First Seated Silver Recovered
First 1800's Silver Coin Recovered

Yupper she is, but still isn't a bad coin even if it's not quite Good, About Good Maybe?
She's a Dime right? Should I assume it's a SanFran?

Yeah, It's a dime but it aint worth much.  Just a really rare find for me is all.  I have been swinging all year and only found one Barber coin....So a Seated from 1861 was a pleasant suprise.

Great way to end the season. For your neck of the woods, someone must've migrated west and had the coin in his possession, and lost it long after it was minted. A great coin to find. I've only found one myself. Congrats.....

I found this 10' from where I found the bracelet in the Park I took you and your wife, when you came up here last.

That is so cool! I think there's even more in that park! I could feel it ~ but I just didn't find it! HA HA HA!
