OK i was out last weekend and didn't really find must to think about bit i recoverthis coin that has me confused. i know it is NOT from Canada. I have gone threw all my books and cant find it.

i have place it nest to a Canadian penny. it is larger, and seems to be a different material it gives a diffrent pitch from all the Penny's that i tried. it is larger that any penny that i have. and in 1977, no country markings on it the crown on queen Elizabeth is diffrent, and the backs are complete different. i checked to make sure it was not Australian and it is not . one pic is the Canadian on top of the "odd ball"

can anyone help on a possible country of origins so i can keep trying to locate it in the books.
thank you

It's British, that's why it has no country name on it.

Center of the universe you know. ;D
