Strange Medallion??

Well , It appears to have a .925 hallmark -indicating sterling silver , and the "Star of David " would seem to denote a Jewish affiliation,
beyond that I can't help much- Nice Find !

Not to be the paranoid one, but it would appear to be a symbol of Illuminati or satanism. The Star of David with the all seeing all centered brought results of illuminati where on the reverse, the double cross is associated with the satanic cross. Hope that helped.

I agree but lean more toward satanic with the double cross symbol, definitely one of the two you mentioned, but the all seeing eye seems Illuminati. I don't know, good find and great mystery.

Changed my mind...I think it's Illuminati or maybe Free Mason because some legends associate Caravacan Cross with the Knights Templar.

Looks to me you have a very old and nice masonic medalion. One side haveing the cross of Lorraine and the other side haveing the hexagram ( shatkona ) with an eye. Very nice indeed. Congrats on a great find.

If you look at the "back" which has the most wear you can see the cross of slovakia(NOT slovenia) with what appears to be 2 cherubs at the sides on the bottom.

I hope this helps. I think it is a contempory design distressed to appear older than it really is. Thus the combination illuminati and christianity.

A bit more info on this find, it was down about 6in and almost completely vertical which made for a challenging dig. The only word on the star side that I can make out is "FUERZA". I'm told translates to force or strength. Between the left two points is a symbol that looks a lot like a swastika. Not certain. All that being said, I guess it wouldn't make a good profile pic? lol

I agree with the Illuminati reference-- these are the 'elite' of the Freemasons which under the guise of Christianity are actually occultists. Their agenda seems to be pushing towards the One World government (NWO), with the assistance of the Jesuits, Freemasons, and other low-profile groups with high influence. Lots of interesting stuff on YouTube about this!

I guess it could be a swasitka. However its backwards. Still think its a great find. And still think its a mason medallion.
