Can’t figure this one out. It reminds me of the precolumbian repro pieces put out by Met Museum in NY and also of Karl Lagerfeld brooches. It is marked copyright 99 and then has a signature I thought might be “ALH”. The last time I had one of these “C 99” it was a Hobe piece identified on this site by

Any thoughts on maker or perhaps what the purpose of this piece is - maybe a scarf thing for ladies scarf?
