Being the temps are hitting in the 80's all week, First hunt of Summer.

Got out with my Buddy MikeGuard, We hit a old beach from the early 1900's for a few hours. Got 4 silver coins, 2 Gold's and a few other goodies

I was headed Way North to a almost virgin beach I hit last year and got a couple golds, but about 10 minutes into the ride to meet mike he called and said a no go. Seems they don't allow detecting during the summer season and not coming in by boat would spell trouble so we both canceled and decided to just do some where local. He stayed up his way and I hit a Old beach that I have been keeping a eye on locally the last few months only going there when things are bleak. Last few trips there were just that, bleak and sanded in...today was not much different other then I was scouting around in the water and hit a area were the water started getting deeper, then the targets started to come in....A few coins, sinkers, bathsuit brass clips then Gold.... Fairly cool is the ring is dated, with initials.. C.T.W. to E.J.W. April 30, 1949

After a bad 60 minute Fresh drop hunt at Sandy Point Sunday (3 cents total) I decided to go back to my old beach's, just way to early, water is still to chilly for anyone to be in...

22 minutes into the hunt Monday the surf gods gave up some treasure..

Did the lone hunt today, Long hunt for me, around five hours...Only Silver of the day 1942 Walker, Gold ring has Old Hallmark..18 with a Crown.

Mystery coins 1937, Aluminum or Silver.. Not sure
Just found it... 1937 United Kingdom silver 3 pence

Dug in a area with a few old broke bottles, going back next week with the small coil for this area...Trashy will be picking thru..
