Sunday I went to the campground that Seeker and I have sites at since he did so well yesterday. I decided to walk the ridge to see if I could find any more sites from the scout camp days. The finds were spread out but consistent. They must have put the poor scouts on top because I only found 2 silver. lots of wheat cents. a buffalo nickle scout pin nice Mentholatum tube. I found a real heavy solid silver spoon that is stamped NYC on the back. 2 nice Canadian cents 1940 and 1932. Better start cleaning them wheats John you might have some nice old Canadians there.

not a bad morning about 4 hours out there.

Tim

Nice canadian cents, I found one last year with that style...it was a 1927 and then this spring I found another 1929. I really like the look of those maple leaves....really classic looking. It would be cool to see the canadian mint reproduce these old styles....

Anyways I should get my camera fired up and take a few pics.....its just a hassel though cause I do not have the intternet at home, so I sneak on at work just to read the posts quickly.

I really like the new server. Its fast for us who have to sneak around and want to read the posts while at work. ;D

Later, Dan.

So you had to go and clean up after Seeker, again. Huh, Timmy? ;)

A solid silver spoon is a great find. At least it isn't lead! ;D
