Sunrise over the peaks!

Yesterday I knew it was going to be a nice one. I grabbed my phone and went out to the lookout. I am looking Southwest from the shoulder of Pikes peak . I like the area where the Sangre’s meet the Collegiates at Ponco Springs. Once in a while we get a good one. Happy Hunting this year. The old town is Victor with the sunrise in the windows.

Yesterday down here was nice, but today took a big turn. I've seen these pink skies from time to time. Bet it's cold across South Park.

I was out ice fishing at 11 mile the day before yesterday. We caught our limit before sunrise. Thank goodness it wasn’t windy! It gets cold out there but we were warm! I’ll be heading across South Park in a few hours to go eat a half day in at Monarch with the boys!
