It was like old home week in the lane today - took a 2hr. spin after work.

First person I ran into was a new guy from PA…………..Jermy and boy was he excited.
He ran down from the dry zone just to show me his killer ring he just found – said it was like his first day detecting.------------------this is the biggest ring I have ever seen

Then I ran into mr walter, he was heading north at his normal pace, then up in the dry zone I see Cmdr. Jim and my old buddy Beaver.

Oh hell fire, I forgot about Tex – he was in the lane with one of his small heaters – told me he will have the big heater out on wed………………white’s new PI heater

Hit the normal stuff--------------------no rings-----------------some type of religious deal

That ring belongs to a kid who played for the University of Virginia in the Jan 1st 2008 Gator Bowl in Jacksonville, FL. Virginia won that game,(obvious from the ring), by 3 points.

The owner should be easy to find through the school. Given the size, I believe it would be safe to say that the owner was a lineman.

Nice photos....wow thats a ring!!!!

thats a huge ring!!! mr beaver does well when he hunts in VA...If I am correct did'nt he get the "HUGE" Silver chain with huge pendant one year he was in a photo holding it at a campground I have to put aside a little cash....get my self the new "HEATER". GOOD HUNTING MAX!!! LOVE YOUR POST I miss that place need to get back!!
