Surprise find

Went out metal detecting in pasture for about 15 min on ranch where I work and found this 1830 Cape bust half dime I sure wasn't expecting that.

That is CRAZY awesome! I have resigned to the fact that I will never find one of those here in Northern Michigan....as I am fairly certain we were all poor dirt farmers that used deer antlers and beaver pelts as currency. Congrats on that sweet roundness!
