Swano creek point ID help please.

I found this while walking around an old Campsite on Swano Creek, was wandering if this would be called a Scotsbluff point??
Also what period im think middle Archaic?? Im Just starting to get into the flint types so could yall help me out? Thanks.

Sorry, can't help with the ID, but it sure is a nice point. It has been too long since I stumbled onto an unbroken one.

Inks I would like to guess at your material. My guess is Hornstone. I am backwards learning material before types,LOL ! Figure if I learn the material I might find one

Yep, I'd guess a scotty thats been through a few resharpenings. The material is heat treated novaculite. NICE find there Josh.
BTW folks, Suwanno Creek is in Titus Co. Texas, and is the Caddo words for "Good Water".
