Awesome and don't worry about the wear. A friend got one earlier this year and, no date at all and can hardly see ANY design, but it is a seated dime.

Yes I do love when I prove myself right lol.. The key is never to give up and stay positive my friends.. Smooth or not the year is still there and in that condition should bring $12 not that I care about value.. If my gut is right there is more there at that spot found over 30 coins for my book who know how many wheats I've found there I don't count them.. Your right Tom I've been killing it on old coins this last couple months,best of luck to you hope you find your first seated Tom it will be a day to remember for sure HH...
