Most of Art Fabs swords that are on the market are from the 1840s-1910 and sell for roughly $80-$200 for just one sword or for the set $150-300 and sometimes depending on auction sites can sell up to $1,000 or more for the set. The earlier version of being 1837 could or could not make it rare I have a few Civil War era swords and are more into the knowledge of Civil War era swords than pre Civil War swords but I do know Art Fabs swords do not have a steady market price to them if the 1837 set you have is rare you may have a $1,500-$2,000 set but yet if you are trying to sell it quick may not at all get that for it or you could put it up @ auction and hit a home run! I would see if you can someone locally that is a expert that sells swords that may give you a better answer.
