not much need to "tap" cell phones...most can be heard over certain scanners....anything wireless can be picked up by a reciever..much like radio....there is NO such thing as a totally secure anything...phone, computer etc. so if there is something you don;t want heard or read..dont; say it on a phone or type it on a computer, for it is scary easy to get "hacked" using any modern electronics device.
