More than once we've encountered a bank employee who's forgotten to place our coin orders. One the whole how do they react when they realize they've screwed up? Are they apologetic, indifferent?
The 3 tellers that service me here in Abilene have always been exceptionally nice when ordering. They have also been very apologetic when they have forgotten to order my halves, or when the shipping company forgot them. One young lady even turned bright red, hands over face, and said "Oh, I thought you would be mad at us!" when she forgot to order them. Nothing but good things here in West Texas. It also helps, I think, if you are always polite and nice as can be, even when they make mistakes. As far as cranky tellers...continue to bring them hundreds of pennies on a daily basis, and make sure there is plenty of rubber bands, hair clip, and assorted and sundry stuff to clog the machine, and dont forget to add a little coal dust to the bag and shake it up good. j/k Happy hunting!
