Went out to a old site today and found a few flat buttons, part of a small buckle, some lead shot and a George II Half, it is quite wore and took a while to clean,I can only make out IUS in Georgius, the II and REX on the front, the rear is just as bad nothing but the faint sign of NIA and 17?? Wore or not I'm super happy with it,my oldest coin yet!! Thanks for looking

Nice Finds. Great Job.

sure looks like tooth marks in that lead. :o great King George!

I never noticed the bite marks till you guys mentioned it,kinda odd

you have some super finds

I love the KG II....or any large copper for that matter. What method did you use to clean it? It looks good.

Thanks, I used toothpaste and a brush then some of that wadding cloth like you use to polish with, it was found in sandy soil which was not to harsh on it other than a heavy green coating

Very nice group of treasures.
Keep it up.
Leon
